SMK St.Fransiskus Siap Bergerak Dengan Hati, Pulihkan Pendidikan (Hari Guru).

Dalam rangka mendukung Kementerian Pendidikan, Budaya, Riset, dan Teknologi (Kemendikbudristek) memperingati Hari Guru Nasional, SMK St Fransiskus Semarang turut bergembira merayakan Hari Guru Nasional dan Hari PGRI dengan mengadakan upacara bendera dan ramah tamah.  Mengacu pada Pedoman Pelaksanaan Upacara Bendera Hari Guru Nasional, upacara bendera dilaksanakan pada Hari Kamis, 25 Noveber 2021 dimulai pukul 08.00 WIB di lapangan SMK St Fransiskus Jl.Wolter Monginsidi Nomor 22, Semarang dengan tema “Bergerak dengan Hati, Pulihkan Pendidikan”.

Merujuk kebijakan Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Provinsi Jawa Tengah tentang pembelajaran tatap muka (PTM) terbatas, maka upacara dilaksanakan secara daring melalui media zoom meeting dan live streaming youtube. Upacara bendera  ini menjadi lebih istimewa karena petugas upacara adalah Bapak Ibu Guru dan Karyawan. Dikoordinir Bapak Drs.Yosep Pamiarso selaku Pembina OSIS, di tengah – tengah kesibukan Bapak Ibu Guru mengajar dan mendidik, mereka dengan tekun berlatih menyiapkan diri sesuai dengan tugas masing – masing.

Bertindak sebagai pembina upacara Hari Guru Nasional ini adalah Koordinator SMK St. Fransiskus Dra. Sr. M. Rosalia, OSF. Dalam sambutannya, beliau mengucapkan Selamat Hari Guru, khususnya bagi Bapak Ibu Guru dan Karyawan SMK St. Fransiskus yang sudah mendedikasikan tenaga dan pikirannya untuk sekolah. “Di tengah situasi pandemi seperti ini, semoga Bapak Ibu Guru tidak lelah menggunakan hati untuk tidak sekadar mengajar, namun juga mendidik para siswa” pesan Sr.Rosalia. Selain itu Suster juga  menyampaikan pesan Bapak Menteri Pendidikan, Nadiem Makarim “Setiap hari adalah hari guru, karena setiap hari guru mengabdikan dirinya untuk mendidik para siswa, dan juga  memanfaatkan teknologi informasi agar  pembelajaran lebih menarik selama masa pandemi ini.”

Sambutan Suster ditutup dengan satu motivasi dari pendiri kongregasi OSF Ibu Magdalena Daemen, “Damai dengan Tuhan, dengan sesama, dan dengan diri sendiri hanya dapat dinikmati oleh orang yang mau menjalakan tugasnya dengan tekun, maka saya berharap Bapak Ibu Guru dan Karyawan dapat menjalankan tugas dengan tekun dalam memberikan pelayanan terhadap peserta didik dan sesama” begitu pesannya.

Rangkaian Upacara Hari Guru Nasional diakhiri dengan acara ramah tamah yang diikuti oleh Suster, Bapak Ibu Guru, dan Karyawan, dan pengurus OSIS. Pada acara ini, Suster, Bapak Ibu Guru dan Karyawan mendapat kejutan dari para siswa yang diwakili pengurus OSIS. Wakil Ketua OSIS SMK St. Fransiskus Geovanni Regina mewakili teman – temannya menyampaikan ucapan selamat Hari Guru. “Suster, Bapak Ibu Guru, dan Karyawan, saya mewakili seluruh siswa – siswi  SMK St. Fransiskus menyampaiakan  selamat hari guru dan terima kasih atas pendampingan dan pelayanan yang sangat baik dan sabar bagi kami, kami minta maaf jika selama ini ada kesalahan-kesalahan  dan belum sesuai dengan harapan Suster, Bapak Ibu Guru” ungkap Regina. Sebagai ungkapan terimakasih para siswa – siswi menanyangkan video kegiatan Bapak Ibu Guru dan Karyawan serta tayangan drama yang menceritakan perjuangan Bapak, Ibu Guru dan Karyawan dalam mendidik dan mendampingi  para siswa.

Dalam sambutannya saat acara ramah tamah Kepala SMK St.Fransiskus Yohanes Sudarna.,S.Pd.,M.M mengingatkan kembali 4 kompetensi yang harus dikuasai guru kompetensi sosial, kompetensi kepribadian, kompetensi pedagogik, dan kompetensi professional. “Dalam masa pandemi seperti ini kita sebagai guru harus selalu meningkatkan dan mengupgrade kompetensi yang kita miliki terutama kompetensi pedagogik, kompetensi professional, maupun  teknologi informasi agar bisa memberikan pelayanan pendidikan dan pengajaran yang diminati dan mudah diterima siswa.” ujarnya.  Penulis Susi Kristian K,S.Pd SMK St.Fransiskus Semarang.
